We offer shipping within the UK. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on your location and the size of your order.

We strive to process and ship orders in a timely manner. However, we cannot guarantee delivery dates and are not liable for any delays caused by third-party shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.
Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange for a return or exchange.

Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging unless the food is found to be faulty eg. mouldy. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 28 days of receiving the returned items.
